Drones
This is a story is set in a world that's based off the bugs n' stuff, mainly ants. The main character is a drone named Aster who'd just failed his nuptial flight and now's got to figure out what to do with the rest of his life. Because, if you know ants, once drones fly away from their old colony, they're pretty much banished. And since a drone's only purpose is to reproduce, they don't live for very long... Anyways, Aster then meets another drone named Nobutoshi who's also gone through the same scenario.
This is a story that indirectly talks about the question... "what makes a life worth living?"
The Side Effects of Outer Space Loneliness
(AKA "Outer Space Loneliness" for short...)
This is about a human and alien that are both stranded in space. I feel like this'll be a small comic series. Basically these two characters try go out their days and cope with daily inconveniences until they find a place to call home. Taken some inspiration from Red Dwarf and Daisuke Amaya's Ame Manga for this one.
